TEST HR Business Partner

Job Description

As a HR Business Partner, you are responsible for these matters:

  • Building a strong business relationship (partnership) and relationship of trust with your managers and acting as a strategic advisor for the managers in your portfolio and board (management team) regarding strategic projects with impact across the entire organization.
  • Having conversations of any kind with employees; in your role as employee champion; onboarding follow-up conversations, career discussions, reorientation conversations, etc.
  • Taking initiatives and formulating recommendations as part of the (strategic) retention policy.
  • Supervising strategic/overarching organizational changes and change processes in your role as change agent.
  • Facilitating, advising and supporting managers in building productive and collaborative (efficient & effective) teams.
  • Supporting, challenging & coaching first line management in their role as People managers.
  • Searching for solutions to complex HR issues in collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits team, the Recruitment team or Learning & Development, Prevention department as well as internal communication.
  • Implementing, coordinating and optimizing HR policies, processes and guidelines throughout the employee journey.
  • Taking on the role of process controller & consultant for management with regard to HR policies, processes and guidelines.
  • Taking charge of overarching innovative tactical/strategic HR projects as (Agile) HR Project Manager.
  • Following up on HR developments, (innovative) trends and best practices on the market, and putting these ideas forward.

About Inetum

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a partner for the assigned business unit(s). You are the link between management, HR and employees to develop, implement and iteratively follow up (corporate) strategy HR programs and initiatives, with the aim of helping to achieve business objectives.
